- Administration: payroll, HR information system and record management, benefits administration, employee and labor relations, federal/state agency complaints and claims - we clean up any outstanding issues and put in place the right process and administrative support to address future needs.
- Compensation & Benefits: design and implementation of reward and benefit programs including sales incentive plans, and health and welfare. We work to minimize your costs and align the employee experience with your operating objectives.
- Organizational design/change management: sometimes a company grows so fast or inconsistently that the priorities of how to create a stronger infrastructure for growth is unclear. Using a proprietary diagnostic tool, we will work with you and your management team to assess your past, current and future goals and results, and then provide a menu of HR and operating priorities. Through design, process reengineering, and communication programs, we will work with you to shape your vision of the business into a realistic operating structure.
- Staffing: any level recruitment, with a focus on management through board level talent. We provide interim, advisory and new talent, or evaluate and coordinate internal candidate selection.
- Training, Coaching & Development: we deliver the necessary frontline management training, compliance and employee development programs typically needed for most companies. Our manager development program is based on years of growing managers into successful executive talent. Our programs are all about how to drive individual and team performance for improved company results, targeting frontline management, mid-level individuals and teams, as well as senior executives through a combination of online, classroom and coaching experiences.
