We approach each engagement with a defined service level agreement, and follow a three step process for all assignments:

  1. Listen to the client and help them clearly define the job and candidate profile.
  2. Assess each candidate through indepth interviews, in-person meetings, formal assessment tools and references and provide a realistic view of the role and the candidate.
  3. Work with both the client and candidate to ensure a satisfactory offer and acceptance process, and a successful onboarding and transition of the candidate.
