Tom is a veteran of the IT consulting world, with more than 10 years of technology consulting and project management experience. As HCpartners’ technology and operations guru, Tom is responsible for managing our web presence, developing HCworx, our proprietary HR services portal for small businesses, and managing HCpartners’ cloud-infrastructure, the life-blood of virtual organizations like ours. As practice leader of HCpartner’s HCtech group, Tom brings his unbridled enthusiasm for all things technology to our small and mid-sized business clientele.
Prior to joining HCpartners, Tom had the unique pleasure of staying at home with the kids and pursuing a few independent ventures, including one dot in the .com era. In an earlier life, Tom was Senior Manager with a big six consultancy, where he focused on ERP (enterprise resource planning) system implementation.
Tom is an avid Cat 1 mountain bike racer, and founder/manager/coach of New Jersey’s only junior mountain biking team: Team Bulldog U19. Tom holds a B.Sc. from Cornell University.
