Paula Welch

Paula is a seasoned recruiter with 14 years of experience filling top corporate posts with Fortune 500 companies, completing large rebuilding efforts, and supporting talent upgrade projects. She has recruited across all functional areas, with particular expertise in technology, operations, sales and marketing, staff functions, and highly skilled niche roles. During her career Paula has worked in agency, corporate, contract and RPO settings. She is well known for her diligence in managing process and building client relationships. She has been fortunate to work across a wide scope of industries -- Information Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods, Travel and Hospitality, Finance and Construction. This diverse set of experiences has made her a very versatile recruiter with great organizational agility regardless of geographic location.

Prior to joining HCpartners Paula was a Regional Recruiter for Hertz Global Holdings, and was instrumental in organizing a centralized recruiting process for the 700-person call center in Oklahoma City. Along with recruiting and process implementation, she continued to develop relationships with local organizations offering Hertz more exposure in the community, and benefitting from hiring events as well as other opportunities. In addition, Paula created and delivered interview training for all call center supervisors.

Other career highlights have been recruiting roles with ADP, M&M/Mars, Chase and Expedia.

Paula has also been involved with charitable work force organizations and conducted career coaching and speeches on “First Impressions” and “Dressing for Success”. She is passionate about ensuring that everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to succeed.
