Lisa is a seasoned HR executive with a career that spans over 35 years in the finance, technology and services industries. She has extensive functional expertise in the areas of compensation, benefits and long-term incentives.
Most recently Lisa was the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits for CA Technologies. Over the past 8 years she managed the strategic design, implementation and governance in support of CA’s compensation, equity and benefit programs worldwide. Supporting executive leadership and the Board’s Compensation Committee, she built equity and deferred compensation programs, as well as meeting the challenging “say on pay” objectives of shareholders with Board and management consensus. Lisa is equally well versed in reward programs, including CA's first U.S. Health and Wellness program, a global recognition program, expatriate and mobility programs and company-sponsored childcare facilities.
Prior to joining CA, Lisa worked for Citibank for 26 years in various HR generalist and HR management roles supporting both International and North American businesses before specializing in the compensation function. She led the compensation function of the North America Consumer Banking Group before she left to join Cendant Corporation, where she worked for 4 years as their Head of IT Compensation where she played a key role in the design and execution of compensation and incentive reward design.
Lisa is a CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and has been recertified through continuing educational and ongoing involvement in the profession for the last 10 years. She has also obtained certification in Executive Compensation.
Lisa and her husband enjoy boating and visiting the wineries of Long Island, NY.
