 Elaine is a seasoned HR executive with a career that has spans over 25 years in the travel/leisure, retail and technology services industries.
Most recently, Elaine served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Dun and Bradstreet. Over the past 6 years, she has led several functions including Talent Acquisition, Shared Services and served as a Senior HR business partner for the corporate functions.
Prior to D&B, Elaine worked for Cendant’s Travel Distribution Service Corporation where she led various HR functions such as Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Development, Training, and HRIS as well as having served as the Vice President of HR and Senior HR Business Partner for the corporate teams.
Her areas of expertise include significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and leadership development.
Elaine holds her Professional Human Resources and Strategic Workforce Planning certifications. Elaine and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and sailing as often as they can.
