Becky is a human resources professional with more than 13 years HR experience with Fortune 500 multi-national companies.
Most recently Becky held the role of HR Director with Travelport, a technology services company for the travel industry, where she played an integral role project managing the HR function for a key divestiture and acquisition/integration. She also led policy and enterprise programs, and the learning and development function for the company, with a focus on change management, employee surveys, and online training.
Prior to joining Travelport, Becky held HR partner roles for United Rentals, a global equipment rental company, and Service Experts Inc, a division of Lennox International, a global provider of climate control solutions for heating, air conditioning and refrigeration. Her main clients were the individual business units that collectively made up these organizations, most of which were independently owned and operated prior to acquisition by these respected organizations. Her main achievement was to partner with Region, District and Unit management to drive effective HR programs that added value, increased employee retention and reduced risk for the business.
Becky graduated from the University of New Haven with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and minor in Business Administration. She worked for Marriott Hotels during college before moving into an HR role with Stouffer Hotels (which was bought by Renaissance Hotels and later Marriott.) She is a certified executive coach, MBTI (Myers Briggs) qualified, SPHR (senior professional in human resources) and a professional scuba dive master.
