As a talent leader, Amanda brings 9 years of experience in the fields of recruitment, training and development and employee relations. Prior to joining HC-partners in 2010, she served as the Talent Management Supervisor for Javelin Direct, Inc. – a direct marketing agency and part of the Omnicom family of worldwide advertising agencies. In this role, she was instrumental in the success of the organization’s full-cycle recruitment and the development and implementation of a performance management process.
Prior to her work with Javelin Direct, Inc., Amanda served as a Project Manager for The LaSalle Network – a boutique staffing firm specializing in Human Resources, Finance and Administrative recruitment. She was a founding member of the firm’s newest office location in the Chicago area. Amanda began her career in the human resources field as the Human Resources lead for PeopleScout, Inc. – a leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider. During her tenure with PeopleScout, Inc., Amanda won numerous accolades and awards for her achievement in staffing & recruitment and reduction of employee turnover.
Amanda received her master’s degree from Xavier University in the field of Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
