HCpartners is based on the combination of human resource and finance expertise. Working together, these two functions often represent the most critical infrastructure of a company. At HCpartners we believe in giving back to our local communities. We are proud to continue our sponsorship of the NJ-based Bulldog U19 Mountain Biking Team for a second year. The kids learn about competition, teamwork, hard work and having fun - all important values to us at HCpartners!

 
Why HCpartners?

Hors catégorie ("HC") is a French term used in cycle races (most notably, the Tour de France) to designate a climb that is "beyond categorization", an incredibly tough climb. Most climbs in cycling are designated from Category 1 (hardest) to Category 4 (easiest), based on both steepness and length. A climb that is harder than Category 1 is designated as hors catégorie. The term was originally used for those mountain roads where cars were not expected to be able to pass.

At HCpartners we may not be world-class bikers, but we do understand that in order to get over the hill, you are going to need a strong support team. We approach all relationships as a partnership - a joint effort to achieve a common goal. Operating as a team with a global perspective but a penchant for local execution, HCpartners is based on the partnership of HR and finance professionals, who operate as a shared service team. Together, we leverage talent from large and small businesses, both contract and vendor companies, people with whom we have worked and understand the importance of "getting it done right" every time.

At HCpartners we follow a basic approach to all projects: we listen and learn about your business; apply a diagnostic to assess your needs; and work in tandem with you to create a plan to implement. No charts, theories or models - just a custom assessment and plan to best meet your current and future needs. And we will work with you to see the plan through to completion, and ensure that your internal staff have the tools they need to complete a successful implementation.
